I like this lamp, and the pictures it projects (although a couple are a little creepy for a toddler). For the most part, it's very fun and a nice add-on for a Spongebob room. There are only two things that could be improved. First, the nightlight base does not seem to turn off. It may just be mine is defective, but that will eat up batteries like crazy. Which brings me to the second thing, they could have included a plug instead of leaving you to either buy batteries or buy an ac/dc adapter. Although, it is not specified exactly what type of adapter you should have besides DC/4.5V. I'm thinking amps would matter, but I could be wrong. At any rate, it's not mentioned anywhere. I just think that for $15 it could have included a plug.
